First Impressions: The Moo Notebook

I’m currently searching for the ‘perfect’ journal. Not an art journal specifically, as I have several (and one in particular I’ll discuss here in another post) that I love. However, even my written journals must have the ability to let me get creative. Preferably I’d love something that takes both fountain pen ink and water based media well, but not necessarily watercolor paper.
As you know, I’ve been using the Jane Davenport Butterfly Book with inserts I created myself from Tomoe River paper. I love the paper, but some months I just wish I had something pre-made. Especially for my written word journaling. So, I’ve been on the hunt.
I recently discovered that Moo.com has a notebook now, so when I noticed a 25% off sale when I was ordering some custom stickers I decided ‘what the heck’ and ordered some. Here are my first impressions of the notebook.
*Note: I will be doing a giveaway of the second notebook soon! Stay tuned.
